I was recently at an International Humanistic Management Association meeting in NYC. I made several new friends. One, Benito Teehankee is from Manila and he shared with me this article he wrote about virtue based enterprise.
As I have several friends who are humanists and entrepreneurs - I thought I would share this. It is about the role entrepreneurs have in establishing businesses that provide decent work and promote human development simultaneously. This is why - I and others - are committed to humanistic business management.
